You will visit the marble chapel:

Marble Chapel by kayak

It is an activity of 3 hours of duration approx. We will meet at Puerto Rio Tranquilo where a vehicle will take us to Bahia Mansa located 6 km away.

Once there we will proceed to a technical and safety talk about the activity to be developed, we will embark and start paddling on Lake Chelenko (better known as General Carrera) in the direction of the nature sanctuary, Marble Chapels.

This geological resource reaches its greatest scenic value in what is known as the "Marble Church", due to the impact of the water of Lake General Carrera, which has excavated hollows and caves in the marble, creating extreme tourist significance.

The stones are presented in solid form, and show various shades of color depending on their content of impurities, mainly white, with a very high purity. Blue and pink marble benches can also be found due to the presence of other mineral elements.

The travel route includes the Marmol tunnel, Marmol chapel and Marmol cathedral, after touring the sanctuary and taking pictures we return to Bahia Mansa.
