Terms and Conditions

 PATAGONIA XTREME

The rates are expressed in Chilean pesos, which for payment in dollars, will be based on the dollar price of the day.
When the client confirms and pays for the services contracted with Patagonia Xtreme, the passenger accepts and abides by the policies detailed above.
Our company is not responsible for any event that may cause, voluntarily or fortuitously, delays, physical or material damages.

Cancellation of services.

• If the reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to the program start date, 75% of the total value of the reservation will be refunded.
• If the reservation is cancelled 5 days prior to the program start date, 50% of the total value of the reservation will be refunded.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before the program start date, there is no refund.

Limitation of liability

It is the passenger's responsibility to have a valid identity card and passport, and to comply with the requirements and protocols established by the health authority.
Patagonia Xtreme will not be responsible in any case for any expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of the delay, loss or cancellation of a scheduled flight.
